The salesman we dealt with was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The store was well appointed with numerous samples to try before buying, and the price and delivery schedules were very competitive. Overall, excellent experience so far. Waiting for the actual delivery now, but hopeful that it will also go as smooth and positive as my in store experience.
Angelo is an amazing customer service representative. He helped me out with a warranty for a defective bed. I am so excited for my bed. It’s amazing and it’s perfect for me. They have excellent customer service in a great selection. I would highly recommend mattress firm and Shelton if you need a bed.
