The salesman, Mr. Hernandez was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Spent almost 6k a couple years ago 4 k on the mattress alone, attempted to submit a warranty claim through mattress firms website and received a denial due to staining or tears. Well the minor staining definitely didn’t cause the side to cave ( any easy google shows search shows this is a common occurrence) really disappointed! And yes you can say that it is on purple.
