Came in to look for a mattress, was inside for about 10 minutes. I was not acknowledged until I was walking out the doors. Terrible service and not helpful
I found Rick “in Sequim “ very helpful. He explained the differences in mattresses and stayed with in my price range. I’m waiting delivery ‼️
We visited the store just to get an idea what was available. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable on all bed frames, mattress toppers . We were impressed with his ability to know all about them. We purchased. Mattress firm company can be very happy he is on the team.
