Carlos was great, I had a good idea of what I wanted and he explained the differences in the specific Purple models I was choosing from. He also gave me good comparisons on the adjustable bases in comparison with the old one I already have and I’m very happy with my choices. Also very impressed with how super fast the set will come and the haul away of all the old stuff (on a Sunday yet!).
