Adam was very helpful in informing us with everything and anything related to mattresses. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, was not pushing us at all for any sale. After making our decision, he helped us in finishing touches. Highly recommend this store and Adam.
I had gone to mattress firm in Hanover Park but the customer service there was horrible. I decided to give mattress firm a second chance and went to the Schaumburg location. Big difference in customer service! Adam takes his time with his customers and doesn’t make you feel like you’re being rushed. It shouldn’t matter how big or small the sale is good customer service does matter! 5 stars for Adam
