I had very efficient service that started the moment I walked in the door. I was focused on the height of the mattress but Alvin explained that if I go up just 1 inch, I will be in something more similar to what I have now. The difference was noticeable.
We had a wonderful experience working with the store manager, Miguel. He took time to learn what we wanted and what we did and want in a mattress. He showed us several different options and helped us talk through each one to see if that was the best fit for us. It's such a big decision, and a lot of money. So I appreciate somebody helping us make the best choice for us.
Experience was great. People were very friendly and helpful. Was in and out pretty quickly and had an enjoyable time. Delivery driver and helper were extremely friendly and helpful! Extremely thankful.
