The manager, Adrian, was awesome to work with. I was not expecting such great service. We were planning on shopping somewhere else, but he was so thorough beyond what we even thought we wanted to look at that we decided to buy and complete our contract right then and there
Christina is wonderful. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. We were concerned we might get high-pressure from a sales person, but that was not the case with Christina. Originally we planned to visit several stores but decided to buy our new mattress at Mattress Firm because we found Christina so helpful and there were nice incentives with the $200 gift. We also like the 120 day trial period.
