Tom was great. Very helpful without pressuring us into anything.
I walked in with a pretty tight budget, and I was originally just browsing because of it, thinking there was no way I would leave with something I'd be comfortable in, on it... But my salesman (Kevin Duncan) helped me so much and managed to get me out the door even lower than my budget with something I loved! He was very professional and made the entire experience so stress free. He was wonderful!
Bait and switch!! The mattresses in the store room are completely different than those that they deliver. I ordered the softest pillow top beauty rest mattress (a $2000 mattress) and got a rock hard mattress. The store claims that the mattresses delivered are different than those in the showroom and that mattresses are like boots - that they have to be worn in! Buyer beware!
