4/17/2024 Mattress Firm is very fortunate to have Charmain on their sales staff. . . Over the last few months, I had been looking for a new mattress both online and going into stores. Felt creepy low light. I have no idea how these places stay open with like ten in the vicinity.
The person that helped me was so caring and thoughtful! She asked me all the right questions to pick my perfect mattress! Her name is Cheypria! I asked so many questions, and some questions over and over. She was so patient and very polite. I am so appreciative of her!! Thank you again I cannot wait to get my mattress which I'm getting in 2 days!!
