We came in for a mattress exchange after sleeping on a newly bought mattress from mattress warehouse. Jennifer took such great care of us and made the whole process seamless. She was knowledgeable about the different types of mattress, as well as very friendly. She kept our budget in mind and didn’t try to pressure us into anything, but encouraged us to take our time to see which bed was the right fit for us. Highly recommend working with Jennifer!
