On Tuesday 9/2/25, Mattress Firm Went To the home of Mrs L. Tilghman in Westover Md. (2) people did a very good job in Aligning, readjusting and securing the headboard. ( she was very impressed and pleased on a job well done)
Paul worked with from the time , I first arrived at this Location, back in early June. John and Paul were able to work with me to get the mattress that l wanted at the price, that I was willing to pay
Paul is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with us and talked us through all the options to make sure we got the perfect bed for us. Will be buying the kids mattresses from him once they are ready for an upgrade.
We are very pleased with John, Paul, the delivery team and our new bed. Fast delivery and set up. Thank you all.
This is the second time I’ve shopped at Mattress Firm. Happy to say both times were a great experience! Good and fair pricing and the sales associate Paul was very helpful.
