Suzanne was great! She really turned what could feel like a potentially awkward outing into a real learning experience. Talking through our needs and concerns and even health history, she really helped us zero in on what we should be considering in our new mattress. We thought this would just be the beginning of our mattress shopping, but we left happy customers--and with less than 24 hrs to wait until our new mattress arrives!
