Jerry at Mattress Firm was efficient and knowledgeable. I walked into buy my toddler a bed. He showed me a few options and got me a cost effective one that was on sale. We ordered a mattress online and FedEx delivered it to a completely wrong address. The house number in the delivery confirmation wasn’t even close. After struggling to get a response from FedEx, this location resolved the issue for us without any issues. They originally flagged the issue with FedEx, but called me back 30 minutes later with a solution to the issue. Very quick response and great customer service from Jerry.
