Went in there on a whim and Travis was one of the best sales people who had ever helped us. He worked with us on the financing and we are getting our new mattress in 6 days :) super great highly recommended

My elderly parents who are on a fixed budget have been sleeping on the same broken mattress forever! I sent them to this mattress firm to pick out a new one and the salesman Sam was absolutely AMAZING!! He listened to their needs and and provided the best customer service! He didn’t try to pressure them into buying the most expensive mattress, just a great quality mattress that fit their needs. Sam exhibited excellent customer service and empathy! We did it.!!! Celebrated our 30th anniversary with a nice king size adjustable bed. Justin was very helpful and made the buying experience easier than wallpapering a crooked bathroom wall. I would highly recommend the mattress firm store at Justin‘s location off of David Lyle Boulevard.
