Horrible Experience Purchased a Kings Down (very expensive) mattress with a 15 year guarantee. The mattress began to sag after 8 years. After inspection it was determined that it was defective. When they came to remove the mattress, their dream team reinspected it with a microscope, went outside called into their company and determined that the mattress was soiled (which it was not as I always used a pad).
