I went into Mattress Firm after shopping a few other places. I had a great experience. Jeremy was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. The store itself was clean, and bright w many mattresses on display. I eventually bought a mattress and adjustable base there and got a very good price. Highly recommended.
Margaret was great, very knowledgeable and sweet, spent a good amount time without pressing us. Explained alot of differences and also gave us background story on some of the mattresses we were interested in. I would highly recommend going to the rockaway store and asking for Margaret.
