Thank you MW!! ESPECIALLY Andrea and the delivery guys. Being new to the area not really knowing which furniture store to help me was overwhelming. First store i went into sold me, the customer service was awesome and the quality of the box spring was awesome. Andrea you were right and I will be back for my second room. She didn't just selling it she made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Ps. Delivery instructions and information was exactly as promised and the fellas were on time and very professional and helpful.

My husband and I traveled to VA to meet family. While waiting we decide to stop by Mattress Firm in Roanoke Rapids. It wasn't our first time shopping with mattress firm however it was our first time at the Roanoke Rapids location. Lee's customer service, knowledge, patient and enthusiasm was heartfelt and now days that not easy to come by. It will definitely be worth the drive just to visit Lee and purchase additional bedding for our home.
