Frank was excellent. Really helped make what can be a frustrating process easier and pleasant. I was wishing mattresses weren’t so expensive. And the pillows were more expensive than they should be. But the service was great and he really seemed to know what he was talking about. Good financing options.
I had to return a mattress as it ended up being extremely uncomfortable for me personally(too firm). The exchange process was easy and I received my new, softer mattress the next day. Conner made the process seamless. Would definitely recommend!
