It was refreshing speaking with Andrew about the detailed features of all the models of Tempur-Pedic. No pressured sales pitch just facts based on our questions. We came in just basically doing a price comparison but ended up purchasing the model that fit our requirements perfectly. Can’t say enough good about how professional and smoothly this purchase went and after sleeping on our new Tempur-Pedic for several nights, it’s exactly what we expected.
My sales representative Anna H. was very knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery crew was expeditious, taking apart the old mattress, and setting up the new bed on the platform.
