I love this store when I think of a good mattress I always think Mattress Firm. Our helper was Jamie and he is from the Rancho Cucamonga store. He was very helpful, but when I asked if I could use my 15% off he said I couldn't due to the fact that the mattress i got was already on sale but if I would have order the bed online then I could have used it that way. Also my bed will take almost 2 weeks to get here because the adjustable frame was out of stock so for those reasons I gave it 3 stars.
The best experience shopping for a mattress! I did not feel pressured at all and felt heard when expressing what I was looking for. They really took care of me - Thanks, guys!
