I have worked with Sharrel now three times and she is amazing. She is always very honest and doesn’t try to oversell. She is just the best! If you have a need for a new mattress I would recommend going to Mattress Firm and working with Sharrel!
Had been wanting to upgrade our mattress, never been to Mattress Firm so we went in on a whim just to browse, expecting to be met with steep prices but we were pleasantly surprised. Sharell was able to show us plenty of options that fit in our budget and spent the time to help us find the perfect fit. She was very patient, personable, genuine, knowledgeable, and never tried to sell us on anything we weren’t comfortable with. It was a great experience, would highly recommend this location and Sharell!
