The total experience was great. Holly did an outstanding job walking us through and testing out the different options. She got us a great deal and are excited to get our new beds.
Holly was absolutely amazing!! Had a 10 out of 10 mattress purchase journey with her. She is so fantastic handling many guest experiences at once and making them all flow together seamlessly. She offered water's to everyone and got us all trying out beds with pillows, cause just like she said, "You gotta try it with a pillow". Thanks again for everything Holly and I will definitely be back for a mattress for my wife and I.
I recently moved and needed a new mattress. I had a great experience with a Mattress Firm purchase in the past so it was a no brainer to shop here again. I went to the Castle Rock store and much to my surprise Autumn was my sales.person. She was the one who assisted with my first purchase in Fort Collins. As with the previous time she was knowledgeable, provided superb service and got me a great mattress. I will continue recommending Autumn and Mattress Firm.
