José was great. He was very kind, helpful and patient. He tracked down a pillow for me and went the extra mile. Unfortunately, the pillow gave me horrible neck pain and headache this morning so the search continues for a pillow.
Kenneth was knowledgeable about the mattresses and thoughtfully considered my needs to steer me to the right mattresses to try and away from the wrong ones. He was also budget conscious which I appreciate. I highly recommend! Brendan is equally knowledgeable and informative, and he's also very personable!
Jose helped me with purchasing a new pillow! He greeted me at the door and had great energy (I even said that to him). He was personable, friendly, helpful and when I got home I told my husband what an awesome experience it was.
Mark was very helpful and not pushy at all, unlike other salespeople I encountered during my mattress search. I had a poor experience at another store in the same parking lot, so I walked over to Mattress Firm and ended up leaving with a mattress.
