Let me tell you something. I purchased a mattress and adjustable base from a salesman 2 years ago. He talked the talk and assured me I would be more than satisfied with my purchase. When it came to receiving my product, however, everything that could go wrong did. Shipping was delayed for 2 weeks. Great sales rep assistance in finding the right mattress and bed frame Only downside was then the delivery guys assembled the men frame. They would not take the old frame because it was metal. Maybe an update for the floor sales manual for employees
We ordered 2 mattresses and they delivered one of the 2 incorrectly. The driver said “it’s an upgrade” of what we paid for. We had a bunch of back and forth but we were the last delivery and they didn’t have any way to fix it nor did the driver care. We’re on day 3 of sleeping on an incorrect mattress and hate it. We’re working with the local store on remedying the issue but they work at a snails pace and don’t care that you’ve just paid thousands of dollars for a product that hasn’t been delivered.
