When I entered the Mattress Firm Store in Prescott Valley I wasn't quite sure what I needed but Benjamin approached me in a very friendly way and we were able to figure out what it was I really needed in the long run as far as a bed and a mattress went. I cannot say thank you enough to Benjamin for the patients and problem solving strategies he used to help me figure out the most excellent outcome and I'm excited for the bed to arrive at my home later this week. Ben and Darin at the mattress firm were both very helpful, and accommodated many abnormal requests to make sure I could sleep in my bed tonight. Love the customer service, love the products, happy customer. Also helping me resolve a later issue months after purchase. This specific location and the people within care.
