The fellow that helped me choose a bed was informative about all sales going on. The store itself had several different financing options, which helped me keep my purchase local to poulsbo. The guy even hauled out a different mattress for me to try because I didn't like the firmness of the one on the floor. We will be going back for more beds in the future.

My husband and I just bought a new queen size mattress at Mattress Firm and couldn’t be happier with the staff at the store. Both Penny and Tristan helped us on two different visits to the store. Their knowledge of their mattresses was complete and very helpful. There was no high pressure selling….they were just helpful.

I purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm today and was helped by the most wonderful (and knowledgeable) gentleman named Jenson. He was a pure pleasure to work with and from start to finish it was actually enjoyable. We're fortunate that you employ Jenson, and thus will return ass need be.

Stopped in to try out a mattress we had every intention of buying online- walked out having purchased an entire bed with sheets! Ally was awesome- helped us get a great deal and made the whole process easy and pleasant.
