Very pleasant experience. We stopped in the Poughkeepsie store to get an understanding of types of mattresses Steve welcomed us, discussed current mattress, what we liked and didn’t like. He let us try a number of mattresses, making a number of suggestions. Once we determined a preferred mattress, he did not pressure us to buy immediately.
