I recently requested help with breaking down my king sleep number ilE to get ready for a move recently retiredfrom the Military. This service I was told they would have some packing materials because I did not have them nor did I know the sizes I would need for them to pack the bed up with. They charged me $250.00 to pull the plug, that I already did for them before they got here. My wife & I walked in for a mattress topper & left with a brand new mattress. Totally unplanned but the salesman Steven, was so efficient, kind & knowledgeable that it was a no brainer. I wish all my retail experiences were like this.
Very difficult experience, mattress Firm in general, I dealt with several sales people who made my experience unpleasant, I slept better before I dealt with any of them
