Had a positive experience with Makai-we knew a bit of what we were looking for when we stopped in the store. Makai respected that, and asked our price range and didn’t try to upsell us on a mattress. He helped us to get the best deals we could and moved quickly, as we had two small kids with us. We are, however, pretty disappointed in delivery turn around time. Our sales rep was wonderful! He found us exactly what we needed quickly, made us well aware of the special sale, of which we took advantage, and were out in less than 1 hour. We have two mattresses set to be delivered and we're grateful for our salesperson's expertise and thoroughness.

Makai was very helpful with the matress selection. He gave me more information than expected about the make of the matress lol i thought i knew what i was looking for. I ended up finding a matress that was great for me and my nephew with the timeframe that i had to get it set up at home. Definitely will be back for my next matress. Thanks Makai
