We recently had an excellent experience with Mattress Firm, specifically thanks to the wonderful staff at both the Concord and Pleasant Hill locations. Our initial visit was to the Concord store, where we met Hogan. He was truly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Hogan took the time to understand exactly what my husband and I needed.
