Jake was my sales person. He did an excellent job job of explaining the Adapt TEMPUR-Pedic. Spent about 2 hours while I made a decision. Told him my dissatisfaction with select comfort beds and how my body was hurting and my dissatisfaction with their customer service and the rest is history. I give him a 10 out of 10! I wish I didn't have to wait a week for delivery would be my only complaint.
Jake does a great job, what a benefit to your company
We received excellent service from Joshua. He let us try many matresses and explained the benefits of each. Joshua also let us know that a small increase to our budget would get us some nice unexpected upgrades. From purchase to delivery, everything was great. Will buy our next mattress here and recommend to family and friends.
