Went in the store to buy a couple of really nice pillows with my wife for my birthday. Salesman was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful… until he wasn’t. A couple came in after us to purchase a mattress and he pivoted to helping them which was fine… until it wasn’t. I do not typically leave reviews, good or bad because im so busy on other things. But my experience with Joshua was so bad that I am compelled to make time for this one. Joshua has no buisness claiming to be a manager and needs more training. I went to him with a problem and instead of saying. Were sorry, lets fix this ! He went in the opposite direction with me and said, you must have made a mistake. See here its in writing on the delivery date. Every word out of his mouth was acusitory condinsending and combative.
