The sales man asked questions and pointed out several mattresses that would meet my physical/health needs. All were spot on, but I found the one that was perfect for me. The sales man was knowledgeable and very respectful of my needs. I will always shop at Mattress Firm!
i visited 2 mattress firms yesterday and both employees were fantastic! David was very helpful getting me the information i needed and showing me around. The gentleman at the other store (that we bought from) knew exactly what we were looking for and made the process of buying very slick and easy. I highly recommend both plano locations and their amazing employees!!!!!!
I had a really good salesman at the Plano Super Center. A good experience. I was shown 3 or 4 mattresses that met my needs as described. It went pretty fast and I was happy that the salesman was a natural and seemed more interested than me in finding the right one!
Good experience buying a twin box spring (Sleepy's Basic Box Spring Foundation) at this store - a very pleasant gentleman showed us a floor model, placed the order and set up delivery. No muss, no fuss.
