We recently purchased an adjustable frame from this location and were unhappy with the initial setup. We contacted the store to ask whether the item could be returned or exchanged. Jessie was very understanding of our situation and worked with us to find a solution. She involved her manager, Michael, who reviewed photos of the issue and then called us personally. Jessie over here is literally a life saver! I’ve been having back pain and I needed a new bed really badly. She gave me a great deal, but more than that, she is super knowledgeable, and steered me in the right direction. I came back a month later just to tell her personally that her suggestion of the specific model of bed has really been helping my back. She made a difference for me. Visited this location on Thursday evening and Jessie was absolutely fantastic!! Patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Never too pushy but helped us make the best decision for us.
Totally disappointed. The salesman was uninformed and consequently we were shipped an unacceptable adjustable base . We refused it and are awaiting a credit for $1119. Will never shop here again
