Went to buy a mattress today at Mattress Firm in Plainview on Old Country Road. The salesperson’s name was Matt S. What a nice experience it was! Matt was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about all the mattresses that we were interested in. He explained the difference between each and every one of them and all the options available including the adjustable base frames. The prices were terrific and we certainly got a lot for our money. I had a great experience with this location. Diane answered all my questions and guided me through the process. She did not try selling me something I did not need. She helped me get a great deal on the mattress I wanted. I highly recommend this location. Thank you again Diane.

Love this Mattress Firm!! Sales associate is here to give the customer the best deal. Came in for Black Friday Sales for a new mattress for my mom. Ended up walking out with a new bed for mom and a better deal for a recent purchase of my own.
