I had to replace a mattress and the salesperson, Felipe, was exceptional. From the time we entered until we left he was attentive, informative and there was no pressure to buy. He guided us through the different styles that were in the store and was there to answer all the questions posed to him. I was so impressed that I wasn't interested in sourcing any other companies. Overall the service at Mattress Firm was excellent.

Highly do not recommend this location. They do not tell you anything about any fees. They also mention gifts when you’re buying, but if you’re returning the mattress, they’re not gifts no more remember that because we weren’t told that. The store sets no expectations and I will never step foot here again. You’re better off at half price mattresses we loved our experience there.
