Exceptional ordering experience with Ricky, especially working with my schedule, while visiting Pittsburgh with family. He was patient, attentive and explained each process, including delivery procedure. Very good at dealing with this customer and great people skills.
Had a great experience here. Shout out to Ricky who helped us find everything we needed and for answering all of our questions. And trust me, I had a lot of questions. He was also super chill about my kids running around trying out all the beds. Just overall very impressed with the customer service and how easy the process was. Seriously, thanks Ricky. Would go here again.
