We went in to the store at 5632 S Chambers Rd, Aurora, CO looking to purchase an x-tra long twin mattress for an adjustable hospital bed. The man that assisted us, Jay Ashburn, told us that he had 1/2 of a California King that was ordered by mistake at the Lakewood store that he could have delivered to his store. When it was time to pay and pickup said mattress he said "we weren't able to find that one" and offered a similar one at the same discounted price. Jay was great. He knew the product very well and helped with our decisions. Really great experience. We felt no pressure and are comfortable with our purchases.
I was helped very fast and Jay the sales rep was super helpful in showing me what was the best fit for my sleep style.
