Had the absolute best experience at this location. I made my first real mattress purchase and not only was the staff knowledgeable, honest, and caring but Jay also gave us a huge discount on the mattress and an upgraded base. Would recommend him 1000%
The sales representative, Jay, took time to determine our needs and show us the options he could offer. After deciding on the mattress, base, and head frame, he coordinated the delivery process and timing. He went out of his way to personally facilitate the delivery. We already were repeat customers, and were again reminded why!
I bought my mattress back during the Memorial Day Sale, but I needed time to properly test it out. This DreamCloud mattress is HEAVEN! And Armando hooked us up! Best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you!
