Jay (manager) was very rude and should not work in customer service. Worst experience. Will never return to a mattress firm.

I cannot express how great the delivery guys - Zach and Greg(?) - were when they delivered my queen bed in Aurora on 01/26. These guys bent over backwards for me, answered my questions, were super polite and friendly - they made me a customer for life!
