Christiana was the best when beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer, and then I walked out with something that I could afford that I truly need it couldn’t ask for a better sales person than her
I went to Mattress Firm to try out a Purple bed which I had planned to buy online. Christianna was very helpful in showing me that bed and had me try the next model up. She was very knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being sold up. I ended up buying that model and feel fortunate that I took the time to go to Mattress Firm and that I got the right mattress for me.
This process was very easy. I was treated with respect and professionalism. The salesperson Tim was very helpful. I tried a few different mattresses and found the perfect fit for me. I’m looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress and getting a good nights sleep. I would recommend this store in Phillipsburg, NJ to anyone looking for the perfect mattress.
