Just dealt with Joe and had a wonderful experience. He was extremely helpfully and was not pushy at all. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell us and gave us tons of time and space to test what we liked. Would absolutely go back based on what I've seen so far and assuming delivery is anywhere near as good as the sales. Edit. Received today and was very happy with the delivery. The two guys had a great system and they were in and out with set up in less than 15 mins. Super pleased yet again.
This is the second mattress that I have purchased from Mattress Firm in Patchogue, NY. The salesman Joe is great, he sold us the last mattress three years ago & it's still great. I told Joe my wife's & my medical issues & Joe had us try about four or five different mattresses that would meet our needs... As he has done before, knew exactly the right mattress to pick.
