The saga of the warranty continues. Service person came 12/19 and advised he is recommending a replacement. Almost 3 weeks still no contact. I call again and spent 40 mint and was told I needed to file a warranty claim, the number I have been calling is the number in the warranty book!. I would remove a star if I could. My experience in the store was wonderful, got a great education helping me select the right mattress. I went with the adjustable base that I was informed has a better warranty. The salesman was excellent, extremely knowledgeable very helpful! We purchased one twin mattress and one queen with an adjustable base. We’re very happy with the twin mattress, and the other bedding will be delivered on Monday.
