I bought a new bed over the weekend from Mattress Firm. Kim was a big help and very knowledgeable regarding what to look for in selecting a bed that meets my personal needs.
Kim is the best. She friendly, caring, compassionate and funny! She needs more support where she is. Some of the customers she has to deal with day in and day out, and yet she still shows up to work with a smile and genuinely cares of her customers.
