Autumn was very helpful in our search for a new mattress and pillows. We appreciated the level of knowledge she shared with us about the different options we were considering and her efforts to get us the best deal possible. The 1 star is for the mattress I bought.. I purchased it online after searching for the right one and going back and forth for about 3 months we decided to get one of the 2 mattresses we had went back and forth on,it was super comfy to lay on but because we bought a split king.. around the edges of the mattress bent in/downward making it near impossible to lay with my husband or for our youngest to lay in between us and watch a show.
