The salesman, John, was terrific! I recently moved here from KY after the death of my husband and John was very compassionate and very knowledgeable. I had been to a mattress outlet store here and I called this morning to ask the dimensions of a queen size mattress. The woman replied, “Can’t you google that?” As a result of that terse comment, I went to Mattress Firm and was greeted warmly by John! My mattress is being delivered today!
I can't say much about the store other than we showed up 20 minutes after they opened and the store was locked and dark. The hours on Google and those posted at the store matched so no idea what was happening.
I visited the store on Joppa Road and met with a delightful mattress specialist named James. James was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and a pleasure. The store was clean and well stocked. I’m glad I chose to get my new mattress at Mattress Firm.
