Terrance was very informative. He explained the details and differences between the mattresses that I was comparing. He showed me examples of the different options in box springs that were available. I learned a lot. Terrance also worked within my budget which helped me get the perfect mattress. I walked out very pleased and will recommend Mattress Firm to my friends. Autumn is AMAZING!! I came in less than 45 minutes before closing looking for a soft queen size mattress for around $500. Not only did she find what I was looking for, she recommended something that felt even better. She even stayed a few minutes extra to finish the sale and show us additional mattresses :’). She is phenomenal, and I’m so happy with my experience!
