Kevin was absolutely amazing with me when I was trying to find a mattress. I have a lot of specific aches and pains and he took me through each bed of my type allowing me to truly feel if it eased the pain. He was tedious in the process and spent what felt like all the time in the world helping me find that perfect one. He really made me feel comfortable in the shopping and buying side. We were looking for a Beautyrest mattress and saw that Mattress Firm was having a great 4th of July sale. Kevin took the time to let me try several different mattresses to find just the right one for us. He is very knowledgeable and after trying a couple of mattresses he suggested the mattress that he felt would best suit our needs. In the end, I decided that was the one! Kevin is great with customers and I actually had a lot of fun buying a mattress!

Kevin Powell helped me purchase my new mattress , and I didnt bother to shop around after I met him. Excellent customer service; did not try to over sell. He is a great store manager, someone needs to give him a huge raise!
