Yes, the service was good in the store. The only thing is that the mattress I wanted was not there on display. I was convinced to get a different one that also wasn't there.I was told to try it, and if I'm not satisfied I can return it. I have to tell you after 4 months I found it to be very uncomfortable, especially on my lower back. My tail bone went num after sitting on it for a while, It happened to me at least 3 different times.
