Great sales help from Alex. Picking the right bed, such detailed data and knowledge on exactly how to find and differentiate from other options. And really listened to what I needed to offer the best solution. Honest, open and very patient. The moving team were top class. On time, great communication, moved exactly as needed, great English and very clean/ professional.
I really enjoyed working with Freddy during the mattress buying process. He showed us mattresses that would best suit our needs, not the ones that cost the most, and we never felt pressured to buy.

Friendly and great customer representative, he helped me with my warranty right there in the store. I got a credit to put towards my new frame, picked a new one and I was in and out in about 15 mins.
