Just bought a mattress from Robert at the Paramus Mattress Firm. Robert is knowledgeable, very personable, and attentive. Importantly, there was no pressure to buy a more expensive mattress. It was a great change of pace to work with a salesperson who didn’t try to upsell us.
Robert was extremely kind, helpful, charismatic and welcoming. I took a quiz to find out which mattress suits me best, and he allowed me to test some out. He did not pressure me into purchasing anything, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend coming here if you are considering purchasing a mattress!
