We had a very pleasant experience shopping for mattresses at the Mattress Firm. Our sales rep, Ms Doaa, was very helpful in selecting the right mattress for us. There was no sales pressure and she didn’t push for more expensive mattresses. The delivery was also very smooth. Overall, we had a very positive experience here.
All my questions were answered promptly and the experts were friendly. They went above and beyond for me. I got a great price that fit within my budget so I didn’t have to worry about financing. They set up the delivery the next day. I’m so pleased.
When I first went to the store to order my foam mattress things went well & the associate Alex was very knowledgeable. When I received the tracking I found out my shipment was being sent to a different location then I had requested it to. It was difficult trying to get a hold of anyone since it was after hours. Carlos one of the workers was very welcoming gave me lots of recommendations. When I was looking for a new pillow I ended up getting a cooling pillow that’s pretty stiff which I like. I didn’t even they had cooling pillows I was looking just for a basic one and it huge change in a very good way, reason I went looking for a pillow is because I been having one and it’s very soft and it’s been hurting my neck here and there.
