Today (9/29/26) my wife and I purchased a mattress and an adjustable base from Mattress Firm at Pacific Commons in Fremont, CA. The selection there is incredible and Ms. Doaa who helped us was highly knowledgable of the items there and very friendly. She helped.us understand the differences in the products and helped us to find the bed and base that suited us best. We had a good experience and highly recommend this place to purchase beds.
Doaa was very helpful in helping me choose a mattress that suited my needs. It was a wonderful experience!
Shar was amazing. She was genuinely kind and helpful. She showed us around and explained every option to us without being a sleazy pushy sales person. We went in expecting to only feel some mattresses out but left with a delivery date and a smile on our faces. Many thanks to Sharmice!
Turab was exceptional. He can give a history lesson on mattresses and find a way to relate it to cars (Im an automotive engineer). Really recommend.
Michael who helped me was great and answered all my questions I had.
