I came to look at a mattress that they didn't have in stock at the Belton location. As I recall I was offered a quote with tax included and everything so I could see the grand total. I said sure. Well Tony was apparently marking his territory and claiming any future purchases from me no matter what mattress firm I went to. He put we worked together twice in the system- we didn't. I was directed to the …what I think , was the best product for my needs. I didn’t go in thinking I would even buy a queen sized bed. The man was a patient guide and didn’t push me into something more expensive….sorry don’t remember his name. I didn’t tell him but , in my head, my max was 2000.
