Excellent sales people and well organized process!! We’ve gotten all of our beds here since we moved to the area. I had to get a different bed than what I bought. For one time only, they will take mine back and bring the new one. That’s why I am staying with Mattress Firm.
Teddy was amazing. He walked me through the whole process without a glitch. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Compared to what I wanted to spend to what I purchased- it was a significant difference but I knew I was getting great quality and honestly just looking forward to a better sleep. I'm happy with the option I choose after trying out several. Teddy was awesome, the old town store has a good selection and I'd be happy to recommend to others.
