Sergio was very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable! He was attentive without hovering and gave us ample time to test out the mattresses. We ended up choosing the perfect mattress, and we are sleeping comfortably. The whole process was seamless!
Came in for a mattress, left questioning why I ever trusted my old one. The staff were mattress matchmakers—like Tinder, but for sleep. Tried out so many beds I felt like Goldilocks with a credit card. Ended up with one that hugs me better than my ex ever did. 10/10 would nap here again. Thanks Nate!!
The staff at the Old Saybrook location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. However the delivery company mattress firm uses is the worst I’ve ever encountered. 3 different deliveries did not happen because they either entered the wrong zip code or went to wrong address and refused to deliver to correct address. I will never use MF again.
