Nathan was very helpful and welcoming. He explained every product with knowledgeable detail, selling us on the smart bed base with his demonstration of it. He let us take our time deciding what we wanted and assured us with their various warrantees/guarantees, so we felt confident with our purchase. We left knowing everything we could possibly need to know and excited for our new bed, smart base, pillows, sheets and cover!
I visited the store on 2/4/26, Nathan was the sales representative and he convinced to make a purchase. I visited the store to decide if I really needed a mattress,, he was able to help in every way possible with the questions I had. In the end I made the down payment with the intend to return. His customer service skills was exceptional. He was also very knowledgeable about the mattress.
