Amber was very professional, kind, and not pushy. She listened well and went out of her way to help me find answers to my many questions. I was going to compare with another bed & mattress company after visiting this store, but I left there instead having purchased a bed and mattress that I'm loving, and at a good price, with very quick and free delivery to my house. I'm so grateful I walked into this store and met Amber and her team! I highly recommend!!
The salesperson knew what they were talking about, answered all my questions provided information that I didn’t know about the bed and how it was put together, what makes it cooler, firmer or softer for some and for different parts of your body, great place!
Polite, informative presentation of mattresses without any pushy sales techniques. I was allowed to try at my pace. Questions were asked as to my particular needs and I was directed to the exact mattress that I looked at online. A+ experience.
