Sales staff was knowledgeable and comfortable to deal with. Delivery was right on schedule and they were professional and comfortable to have in our home setting the bed up.
We waited all day and our bed never came. We received several text messages stating tge delivery would be within30 minutes. Called customer service 3 times and they couldn’t help. So, today I don’t have my paid merchandise or any information. Definitely a frustrating experience. I would not recommend my family or friends to purchase from this store.
They were kind and made it easy for me
While joe was awaesome, delivery people to lazy to call me to get in gate. They could also called daughter that number was given too.
Your installation people were great! In and out in no time.
