The people that work here are friendly, unfortunately the tempurpedic mattress is garbage and we have tried what was recommended. For the price we do not recommend these mattresses at all, if you have previous neck or back pain they will only cause further pain and your bank account will suffer. Not recommended for veterans with injuries or the elderly.
