I worked with Rachael at the Oak Creek store and she helped me find the right matress for my son's first big boy bed! She was great and pressure free. In the end I ended up buying a more expensive one plus the matress protector just because she showed me the value in everything.
We just bought a bed from this store Saturday. The store has a great selection and is thoughtfully configured to indicate the different types of beds. We were greeted by the manager Brad immediately. He proceeded to show us a number of beds he felt would be a good fit for us after asking us some questions about our sleep style. We ended up leaving with a great bed at a great price.
