Nicholas and his coworker (i missed his name!) Were both super nice and helpful. We came in "looking" and walked out with a new mattress! Easy and no pressure!

I had a very unique request to purchase a mattress from out of state for a disabled family member in Novato . I did not know mattress stores in Novato but took a chance and called that store since I had purchased from Mattress Firm in my own state and had a positive experience Bill answered the phone when I called and was SO HELPFUL . I’ve been dreading getting a new bed because of the cost and the “shopping around” and working with the different sales people. I imagine it’s like buying a car. I came into Mattress Firm, Novato, and the sales people were super friendly, I felt no pressure, they answered all kinds of questions, and pointed me in good directions. I left the store with a bed scheduled for delivery the next day. I’m so excited. Love my new bed and love the sales folks at this store.
