Paul at the Novato CA location was really great! He was really friendly, professional and extremely patient in answering all my questions. He also helped take advantage of sales promos on mattresses. Great service, great product!
Jasper was extremely helpful while we were purchasing our daughter her first big-kid bed. He was prompt, communicative, and followed through on everything he promised.
